We are growing our team and looking for a talented Videographer / Reels maker to shape and deliver engaging content across social media platforms.Role Overview:As a Videographer / Reels maker at Bloom Group, you will be responsible for creating dynamic video content that brings brand stories to life across social media and digital channels. From concept to execution, you will shoot, edit, and adapt video content aligned with brand strategies and current trends. Working closely with content managers, designers, and account teams, you’ll ensure every video delivers impact, emotion, and strong engagement.Key Responsibilities:Video Production & Content CreationShoot, and edit video content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.)Translate creative briefs and content strategies into visually compelling video formatsParticipate in idea generation for campaigns, trends, and video conceptsExecute on-location and studio video shoots for clients and agency projectsEnsure videos follow brand guidelines, tone of voice, and platform best practicesAdapt video content for different platforms and formatsCollaborate closely with content managers, designers, and copywritersStay up to date with social media video trends, transitions, effects, and platform algorithmsPost-ProductionEdit videos using mobile and desktop toolsApply basic color correction, sound optimization, captions, and visual effectsPrepare final video assets for publishing and archivingQualifications:1+ years of experience in videography, video content creation, or social media productionStrong portfolio of video content (Reels / TikToks / branded videos)Proficiency in video editing tools Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and social media trendsAbility to work with both mobile and professional camera equipmentGood time management and ability to meet deadlinesFluent communication in Azerbaijani is required; English and Russian are an advantageNice to Have:Experience working with brands, influencers, or agenciesCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesProbation Period: 3 months, during which performance will be closely evaluated.Opportunity to work with a talented team in a collaborative work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.Work on diverse and impactful projects that make a difference.To apply, please send your portfolio and CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button with the subject “Videographer / Reels maker”.
