Sport Club and SPA Manager

TəsvirOversee the overall operation of the sport club, fitness center, and SPA services.Ensure facilities are clean, safe, well-maintained, and fully operational.Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment, coordinating replenishment as needed.Manage scheduling and maintenance of equipment and facilities.Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate SPA therapists, fitness instructors, and support staff.Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.Foster a team environment focused on excellence in customer service and wellness.Ensure high standards of guest/member service and satisfaction.Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Promote a culture of wellness, luxury, and personal care.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive member engagement and revenue.Develop and manage departmental budgets, including revenue targets and expense control.Analyze financial reports and KPIs to optimize profitability and resource utilization.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Regularly review procedures to maintain standards in hygiene, sanitation, and staff certifications. Tələblər· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Sports Science, or a related field (preferred). · Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a spa, fitness, or wellness facility. · Knowledge of health and wellness trends, spa therapies, and fitness training techniques. · Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. · Proficiency in MS Office and spa/fitness booking systems. · First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)· Written, spoken and reading proficiency in Azeri, English & Russian language.
