Remote work is not available.About the RoleWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and our company website.In this role, you will:Monitor daily trendsWrite and adapt engaging content in English and RussianExecute marketing strategies aligned with business goalsAdditionally, you will create news articles and blog posts for the company website to build brand authority and attract organic traffic.A strong ability in visual design and content creation is essential. You will prepare social media creatives, video covers, and marketing visuals. You will also leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, design, and optimization processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a clear social media and content strategy across all active platformsMonitor and adapt to daily trends to create timely and engaging content in English and RussianWrite compelling captions, blog posts, and news updates for social media and the websiteDesign and prepare high-quality visuals, covers, and creative assets for videos, posts, and campaignsLeverage AI tools for content creation, design, scheduling, and analyticsPlan and execute content calendars, including event-related posts and campaignsManage daily posting, scheduling, and optimization across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the company blogEngage with followers, monitor comments/messages, and escalate important inquiries to managementProvide weekly and monthly performance reports (social accounts and website)Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand and design consistencyTrack competitors and stay updated with platform trends and SEO best practicesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or related field (advantage, not required)3+ years of proven experience in social media and content managementExcellent English writing skills (social media, blogs, articles)Strong design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or FigmaKnowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or similarStrong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedInExperience with scheduling and analytics toolsPractical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, and AI-based scheduling/analytics toolsKnowledge of SEO principles for blog and article writing (plus)Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insightsExcellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsCreative mindset with strong attention to detail and aestheticsWhat We OfferDynamic and creative work environment with international focusOpportunity to lead and grow brand presence across social platforms and websiteProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesExposure to exciting projects, campaigns, and eventsCollaborative team culture that values innovationSalary: 700 – 1000 AZN (depending on experience and skills)Working HoursMonday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00Saturday: 10:00 – 15:00Sunday: Day offInterested candidates should send their resume and cover letter to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
