📍MicroTech LLCWork schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMSalary: 700 AZNWorkplace: Çinar Plaza, BakuResponsibilities:Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.Manage advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to achieve marketing goals.Stay up to date with current social media trends and competitor activities.Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.Respond to followers’ comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as an SMM Manager or similar role.Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.Creative mindset with strong visual and writing skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
