📍Tredu Our Requirements:+1 years of experience in marketing, including branding, digital marketing;Fluency in Azerbaijani;Expertise in video content creation and storytelling;Strong ability to understand and align with the brand’s vision, driving effective and high-performing marketing strategies;Proficient in photo and video editing tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other related platforms.Your key Responsibilities:Marketing strategyLead brand consistency and manage brand identity across all design concept;Provide marketing goals and objectives that align with the overall business objectives;Participate in implementing specific projects and procedures to align the workforce with the strategic goalsCreative managementCreate videos content plan ideas and template;Lead the process of organizing for production/shooting;Lead and creation video sceneries and synopsis;Create design style and direction of video content;Execute the video editing and montage;Creating monthly and one time video content for social network;Creating video design adaptation for several digital placement;Lead the process of recording video in events, conference and workshops;Lead and create podcast and video library;Lead and execute the process of photo shooting in event, conference and workshops.Skills and Competencies:Capacity to receive positive, constructive feedback;Ability to work collaboratively and lead marketing initiatives effectively;Must be extremely organized, self-motivated and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment while managing constantly shifting priorities;Strong problem-solving skills;Excellent attention to details and accuracy.Location: Baku, Bayil Bay, Gurban Abbasov 5, 6th floorTo apply for this position, please submit your resume/CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
