📍Trenders Agency MMC Location: Modern office – Sabah Residence Complex, Baku city, Sabail districtEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: To be determined during the interviewResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.Manage and improve SEO strategy and website performance to increase organic traffic and search visibility.Analyze campaign performance and marketing data to optimize results and maximize ROI.Oversee content planning and execution for digital channels including social media, email marketing, and website content.Manage lead generation campaigns, marketing funnels, and conversion optimization initiatives.Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to ensure effective campaign execution and consistent brand messaging.Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and new tools to identify growth opportunities.Manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations to improve lead nurturing and customer engagement.Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.RequirementsProven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.Experience with SEO, website analytics, and conversion rate optimization.Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other marketing reporting platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable growth and marketing performance.Experience working with CRM systems or marketing automation tools is an advantage.Please send your CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button, indicating the vacancy title in the subject line of the email.
