Mid-Level IT Recruiter

TəsvirWe’re looking for a Mid-Level IT Recruiter to join our IT-recruiting team at Birmarket. You’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring top tech talent. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in IT recruitment, can manage the full-cycle hiring process independently, and is eager to grow in a team that values initiative and professionalism. What you’ll be doing:Manage full-cycle recruitment (from gathering requirements to making offers);Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team;Post job openings on relevant platforms;Actively source candidates (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean Search, etc.);Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit;Guide candidates through all stages of the hiring process;Maintain accurate records in our ATS/CRM (Huntflow);Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes. TələblərWho we’re looking for:2-2.5+ years of experience in IT recruitment;Understanding of technical roles in Data, Engineering, Marketing Divisions;Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously; (3-4)Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with search tools;Good understanding of tech stacks and industry terminology;Excellent communication skills and a result-oriented mindset. Nice to have:English proficiency level: B1Experience working with international teams.
