Marketing & Social Media Manager (Remote)

You will manage and grow our digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing, while also handling graphic design tasks for online campaigns.This role is part-time (4 hours daily) and offers the opportunity to work with a European-based team on international projects in events, exhibitions, and design.Responsibilities:Manage and grow the company’s Instagram and LinkedIn profilesCreate engaging content (posts, reels, stories, articles) aligned with brand guidelinesDesign visuals, presentations, and digital graphics using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, client updates, promotional campaigns)Monitor engagement, track analytics, and prepare performance reportsCoordinate with the Belgium-based team for marketing strategies and campaignsRequirements:Fluency in English and Azerbaijani (both required)Proven experience in social media management (Instagram + LinkedIn)Strong skills in graphic design (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite or similar)Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue)Creative mindset with ability to generate ideas for brand growthExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesNice to Have:Knowledge of SEO, content writing, and paid adsExperience in event marketing or international projectsHow to Apply:Please send your CV and portfolio (links or samples of work) with the subject line “Marketing & Social Media Manager – Azerbaijan” to the e-mail address in the zebib@polarisproduction.be button.
