📍Gen Pharma Caucasus Manufacturing OperationsWe are looking for “IT Specialist" (only local candidates will be considered) with the requirements below: Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site IT support for:Quality Control laboratories and manufacturing-related IT/OT systemsEnd-user computing environments (office and shop-floor users)Prepare, configure, and deliver user computers, including:Operating system installation and configurationDomain joining and user profile setupHandover to users in line with IT standardsManage Active Directory–based environments, including:User and group managementUnderstanding and application of Group Policies (GPOs)Working within existing domain and security policiesPerform basic network administration tasks, including:Simple firewall rule configurationSwitch configuration and port managementCoordination with central network teams for advanced changesSupport IT/OT systems used in regulated environments by:Participating in system setup, testing, and documentation activitiesSupporting access control, authorization, and backup processesExecute and maintain:Backup and restore checks for local systemsAsset tracking and system inventoryAct as the interface between:On-site users, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teamsCentral IT teams and external vendorsReport incidents, changes, and risks to central IT in a structured and timely mannerAdditional requirements:Proven experience working in Active Directory–based corporate environmentsHands-on experience with: Windows operating systems (client and basic server administration), Domain-based user and device managementBasic knowledge of: Firewall and network switch configuration, LAN/WAN fundamentalsExperience providing end-user IT support in production or industrial environmentsAbility to follow centrally defined IT standards and proceduresStrong sense of responsibility and ownership in a site-based roleAbility to work independently while maintaining clear reporting linesGood communication skills and team-oriented mindsetAbility to read and write technical documentation in English Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or regulated manufacturing environmentsAwareness of GxP, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, or EU Annex 11Familiarity with IT/OT coexistence in manufacturing sitesBasic understanding of information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001)You are kindly asked to send your CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for jobbutton by indicating the position name in subject on the following mail address
