THE MERCHANT BAKUTəsvirJob Description:Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of the company’s IT infrastructure (computers, servers, printers, network equipment)Receive, analyze, and promptly resolve IT-related requests from usersDiagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issuesMonitor daily performance of network, internet, and internal systemsSet up computers, email accounts, and system access for new employeesEnsure compliance with information security policies and proceduresMaintain and update IT asset inventoryCoordinate with external IT service providers when required TələblərRequirements:Higher or vocational education in Information Technology or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of work experience in IT support or a similar role (preferably in hospitality)Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and office equipmentBasic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesResponsible, proactive, and eager to learnLanguage Skills:Azerbaijani – fluentEnglish – intermediate (technical reading and communication)Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, or service sector) is an advantageExperience with Opera PMS, Micros, or POS systemsRelevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
