And employee experience is a service you build and improve.You won’t just “optimize processes.”You’ll design solutions, test hypotheses, improve interfaces, and shape the employee path – from preboarding to offboarding.If you love systems, tools, automation – this is your playground.If you care about removing friction and helping people – we need you on the team.What you’ll do:• Map the employee journey – from onboarding to exit• Launch solutions: onboarding bots, knowledge bases, interface tools• Automate HR processes – fast, easy, and transparent• Optimize internal platforms: intranet, FrontService, corporate portals• Implement services that simplify the employee path and increase engagement• Work with HRM systems and integrate digital tools• Manage projects from idea to launch – with ownership for quality and deadlines• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholdersTələblər• 2+ years of experience in project management in HR, digital, or EX-related roles• Understanding of employee journey logic and touchpoints• Experience with HR tools, platforms, and knowledge bases• Background in process automation and digital transformation• Strong communication skills: brief, plan, deliver, follow up• A user-first mindset, systems thinking, and attention to detail• Language skills: AZ / RUS / ENG are a plu
