DescriptionAbility to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;Installation and configuration of peripherals equipment (printer, scanner, phones);Provide end-user support;Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems (laptop, tablet);Working with web-services.RequirementsDegree in Information Technology or Computer Science;Microsoft/Cisco Certification is an advantage;Proven working experience in providing help desk support;Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP);Experience with IP telephony;Basic knowledge in administration of Microsoft OS Family;Communication skills;Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;Responsibility and punctuality skills.
