Inventory Manager

TəsvirWarehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse stock movements and ensure proper storage conditions.Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics providers for efficient stock handling.Maintain compliance with warehouse safety and storage standards.Data Management & ReportingUtilize 1C and Excel to maintain real-time stock records and generate reports.Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.Provide regular reports on stock movements, discrepancies, and warehouse efficiency.Process Improvement & ComplianceDevelop and enforce warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).Identify and implement process improvements to enhance stock accuracy and reduce errors.Ensure compliance with financial, accounting, and operational guidelines.Team Coordination & CommunicationWork closely with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align stock levels with business needs.Train and support warehouse staff on inventory best practices and system usage.Communicate effectively in Russian and English with internal teams and external partners.TələblərExperience:3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or stock management.Preferably retail or logistics industry experience.
