HR Team Leader

TəsvirEnsure proper execution of HR documentation processes in compliance with national labor legislation (employment contracts, orders, personal files, etc.);Supervise leave planning, work schedules, and employee substitution procedures;Coordinate hiring, onboarding, internal mobility, performance reviews, and terminations in alignment with organizational needs and compliance requirements;Manage disciplinary processes and ensure fair and consistent implementation across the company;Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights to internal management and relevant external bodies.Support the implementation and coordination of training programs, including onboarding, professional skills, and leadership development;Contribute to building and improving performance management systems, including KPIs and appraisal cycles;Provide guidance to departments on employee development and career growth opportunities.Actively participate in the creation and refinement of internal HR policies, processes, and procedures;Lead or contribute to initiatives related to employee experience, organizational culture, and engagement;Foster a culture of continuous improvement within HR operations and development processes;Support HR digitalization and automation projects, focusing on efficiency and transparency.
