HR Manager

📍MicroTech LLCResponsibilities:Manage and oversee daily HR operations in accordance with company policies and the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.Prepare, update, and maintain employee records and HR documentation.Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.Administer employment contracts, vacation schedules, and attendance tracking.Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations.Coordinate with government institutions on employment and insurance matters (including mandatory health insurance).Support management with HR-related reports and data analysis.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR management or similar position.Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of Azerbaijan.Experience working with mandatory insurance (İcbari sığorta).Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office programs.Good command of Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMSalary: 1000 AZNWorkplace: Çinar Plaza, BakuInterested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
