Google / Online Marketing Specialist

📍IRES Position Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Google & Online Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google platforms and other online channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign analytics.Key Responsibilities:Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)Conduct keyword research and competitor analysisOptimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, and conversion rateManage Google Analytics & conversion trackingMonitor campaign performance and prepare regular reportsManage SEO strategy (on-page & basic technical SEO)Develop and execute online marketing strategiesManage paid social media campaigns (if required)Work closely with management to align marketing strategy with business goalsImprove website traffic and lead generationRequirements:2–5+ years of experience in Google Ads / Digital MarketingStrong knowledge of Google Ads ManagerExperience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)Understanding of SEO principlesAbility to analyze data and optimize campaignsGood English communication skillsGoogle Ads certification is a plusKey Skills:Performance MarketingPPC Campaign ManagementDigital StrategyAnalytical ThinkingROI OptimizationLead GenerationInterested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
