📍Sinteks Group of Companies The Full Stack Developer serves as an individual contributor within the software development function. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications and internal platforms across the company. The position requires building scalable front-end and back-end solutions and supporting the implementation and optimization of new features and system improvements for senior leadership and key stakeholders.Front-End DevelopmentDesign and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)Build website/application elements that precisely match the provided designs, ensuring they display consistently across all major browsersOptimize application performance and ensure fast page load times through code optimization and best practicesWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented front-end code following established coding standardsBack-End DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and server-side applications using Node.js, Python, or JavaImplement database schemas and optimize queries for PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB databasesBuild and integrate third-party services and APIs to extend application functionalityEnsure application security by implementing authentication, authorization, and data protection measuresDevOps & Quality AssuranceWrite unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews to maintain code qualitySet up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deploymentDebug and troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes in a timely mannerDocument technical specifications and maintain up-to-date project documentationCollaboration & CommunicationCollaborate with relevant stakeholders, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality featuresSupport agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives as neededContribute technical insights to discussions with stakeholders when requiredCore ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end development of web applications (front-end and back-end)Database design, implementation, and optimizationAPI development and third-party service integrationCode quality assurance, testing, and documentationCI/CD pipeline maintenance and deployment processesEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical fieldExperience2–4 years of experience in full-stack web development with a proven track record of delivering production applicationsProfessional Skills and CompetenciesTechnical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular); back-end experience with Node.js, Python, or Java; database skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)Version Control & Tools: Strong experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and familiarity with Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences; ability to collaborate effectively in a team environmentProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills; ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement efficient solutionsAgile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; ability to estimate tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver quality work under pressureApplication procedure:Please send your CV to the email address in the Apply for job button.
