Front-end Team Lead

📍Afea GroupWe are seeking a business-minded Front-End Team Lead to join our SaaS product team.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for building high-quality user interfaces. As a Front-End Team Lead, you will play a key role in guiding the front-end development team, improving the user experience of our QR code products, and ensuring that our web applications are scalable, performant, and visually outstanding. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver impactful features that drive product growth and user satisfaction.Job responsibilities:Leading the Front-End teamDelegating tasks between front team and managing deadlinesConstructing the architecture according to the productMonitoring and planning the tech resources and teamMentoring and training new programmers and assisting them in their professional developmentConducting the necessary tests to check the correctness and security of the written codeContinuously analyzing the project's performance and user satisfaction, and based on the results obtained, addressing any gaps or issues to improve themSupporting the creation of user-friendly, evolving, and error-resistant software that meets UX/UI requirementsJob requirements:At least a year of experience as a front team lead5+ years of software development experience;Experience with HTML5, CSS/CSS3 (SASS or LESS must), TypescriptExperience with React, Redux, NextJS, Jest or cypressExperience writing and maintaining Unit TestsExperience with graphic design applications such as Figma.Experience with responsive and adaptive design.Leadership, work organization and problem solving skillsWhat we offer?Dynamic work in a fast-growing companyCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesOpportunity for development and advancement within the companyOpportunity to achieve high level financial goals by making the product successfulCentrally located and well-equipped office (game & entertainment room, napping beds etc.)Lunch, drinks, sweets and fruits are all provided by the companyPrivate health insuranceWorking hours: You’ll be working 5 days a week from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (13:00-14:00 lunch time).
