Finance Manager

📍İRES We are urgently looking for an experienced and results-oriented Finance Manager to join a professional team.Salary: AZN 4,000 NETKey Responsibilities:Prepare, manage, and monitor the company’s annual and monthly budgets;Conduct budget vs. actual analysis and provide relevant financial insights;Oversee the accurate and timely preparation and submission of tax reports;Prepare financial reports in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards);Oversee daily financial and accounting operations, including day opening and closing procedures;Manage cash flow and financial obligations;Analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to management;Ensure proper organization and control of accounting and finance processes;Oversee financial and accounting operations currently performed in 1C;Participate in and manage the transition to a new financial/accounting software system;Lead, coordinate, and supervise the Finance team, currently consisting of 2 employees.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;Relevant professional experience in finance/accounting, preferably in a managerial position;Strong practical experience in budgeting and financial planning;Strong knowledge of local tax and accounting regulations;Solid knowledge and practical experience with IFRS;Proficiency in 1C;Experience in financial reporting and financial analysis;Strong leadership and team management skills;Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities;High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
