Facility Manager

TəsvirManage facility operations across a designated portfolio of buildings ensuring smooth delivery of services;Coordinate daily activities of in house staff ensuring alignment with SLA`s and KPI`s;Monitor property conditions, conduct regular inspections, and initiate corrective actions where needed;Ensure compliance with HSE regulations;Handle tenant/resident requests, complaints and escalations in timely and professional manner;Support line manager in planning budgets, optimizing resources and continuous improvement;Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, incident report and operational documentation;Prepare regular reports on facility performance based on certain metrics.Tələblər· Batchelor`s degree in similar field;· 5+ years in facilities management including minimum 2 years in managerial role;· Proven track record of managing large multidisciplinary teams and third party service providers;· Strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills;· CAFM software experience preferred;· Ability to work independently and adapt to fast paced environment.
