The role reports directly to the General Director and oversees a team of legal professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and manage the activities of the Legal DepartmentLead and supervise a team of legal specialistsDraft, review, and provide legal opinions on contracts, agreements, and corporate documentsRepresent the company in courts and other legal authorities based on power of attorneyConduct legal expertise of internal orders, regulations, and normative actsEnsure legal compliance with Azerbaijani legislation and applicable international regulationsOversee compliance processes within the organizationSupport company projects by reviewing legal risks and contractual obligationsPrepare legal opinions and responses related to projects and corporate mattersLiaise with government authorities, private companies, and other organizationsMonitor legislative changes and inform management accordinglyProtect the legal rights and interests of the company and its employeesPrepare reports and provide updates to senior managementRequirementsHigher education in Law or International LawMinimum 5 years of professional experience in international lawHigh organizational, analytical, and leadership skillsStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skillsStrong knowledge of:Azerbaijani legislationInternational treaties and agreementsInternational lawEnglish lawLanguage SkillsAzerbaijani – fluentEnglish – fluentRussian – fluentComputer SkillsAdvanced proficiency in MS Office and office equipmentInterested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
