Location: Baku, AzerbaijanType: Full-time Company: Bloom GroupRole Overview:As a Copywriter, you will play a key role in shaping the voice and messaging of brands across various channels. You will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and persuasive content that captures attention and drives action. From campaign slogans to scripts and social media captions, your words will help bring ideas to life and connect with audiences.Key Responsibilities:Interpret creative briefs to develop concepts for execution with assigned brands.Write creative and engaging copy and captions for ads, campaigns and social media.Develop taglines, slogans, and brand messages that align with brands’ tone.Contribute to campaign ideas and creative concepts with the team.Prepare scripts for brand-related video content, including TVCs, short-form videos, social media assets, and influencer collaborations.Revise copy based on internal and client feedback.Monitor content trends, customer preferences, and apply them accordingly.Write SEO-driven content for digital platforms when needed, ensuring alignment with brand tone and content strategy.Develop website copy when needed, ensuring clarity, consistency in tone, and alignment with the brand’s messaging and objectives.Collaborate with a team of account managers, creative and digital team, from concept development to delivery of final product.Qualifications:Proven experience in a similar role for 3+ yearsExperience working with global brands and a strong portfolioExceptional writing and research skillsAbility to work independently or with a team under tight deadlinesExcellent organizational skills and multitasking abilityExcellent command of the Azerbaijani and Russian languages (grammar, style, and spelling at a high level)Strong attention to detail and execution skillsCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesProbation Period: 3 months, during which performance will be closely evaluatedOpportunity to work with a talented team in a collaborative work environmentProfessional development and growth opportunitiesWork on diverse and impactful projects that make a differenceTo apply, please send your CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for jobbutton with the subject “Copywriter”.
