Driver Process & Retention Specialist

Conditions: Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (main office – Kaunas, Lithuania) Work format: Full-time, office-based Salary: From 600 AZN + performance-based bonus Key Responsibilities Coordinate the driver's entire process from recruitment to arrival and employment; Collect, review and prepare driver documents for the migration process; Identify missing or incorrect documents and coordinate their completion or correction; Advise drivers on required documents, procedures, deadlines and arrival arrangements; Maintain regular communication with drivers and keep them informed about the progress of their application; Coordinate with recruitment, migration, HR, training and other relevant departments; Maintain and update driver information and process statuses in internal systems; Plan and coordinate the driver's arrival for training or work; Monitor each driver's process and ensure that all stages are completed on time; Identify potential issues during the process and coordinate solutions; Ensure that drivers are properly prepared for arrival, training and employment; Maintain a positive and professional relationship with drivers throughout the process. Requirements Fluent Russian language – both spoken and written; Good English language – both spoken and written; Previous experience in administration, HR, recruitment, customer service, document management or a similar position is an advantage; Experience working with truck drivers or in the transport industry is a strong advantage; Strong organizational and time-management skills; Attention to detail and responsibility when working with documents; Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proactive and responsible approach to work; Strong focus on achieving results and completing processes successfully.
