Construction Manager Assistant (Fit-out)

Location: Shahdag, Gusar Employment Type: Full-time Key responsibilities: Assist in coordinating fit-out works and subcontractors on site Supervise daily site activities and check that works follow approved drawings, specifications and materials Quality control and inspection of finishing works; daily and weekly reporting Handling submittals (MAR, shop drawings), RFIs and NCRs Checking delivered materials against approved submittals Checking quantities of completed works Monitoring the programme and HSE on site Requirements / Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design At least 2–3 years of site experience on fit-out projects (hotels or restaurants preferred) Strong knowledge of finishing materials and installation methods, including gypsum board, ceilings, wall and floor finishes, wood/MDF and veneer works, joinery, tiling, stone, painting and coatings Good understanding of fit-out sequencing and coordination with MEP works Able to read drawings; AutoCAD and MS Office Ready to work full-time on site in Shahdag Required start date: as soon as possible Interested candidates can apply by filling out the form in the Apply for job button.
