Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities Maintain an inventory of supplies required for reception operations. Maintain accurate accounting records for all cash transactions. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly reconciled and handed over at the end of each shift. Ensure that the Spa & Leisure Centre consistently maintains excellent operational and cleanliness standards. Prioritize guest and club member satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel when necessary. Welcome all guests and club members warmly, courteously, and with a friendly smile. Escort guests when required. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all activities and operations within the centre. Provide accurate information about the centre, both in person and over the phone. Collect payments and other applicable charges from guests for services provided. Manage reservations, bookings, and scheduling activities. Ensure that all reception activities are performed professionally and efficiently. Conduct inventory checks and ensure the proper storage of all reception supplies and materials. Be familiar with property security, first aid, fire safety, and emergency response procedures. Operate equipment safely and responsibly. Report to work punctually and avoid lateness. Wear the appropriate uniform and personal name badge at all times. Maintain the highest standards of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene in accordance with hotel and departmental requirements. Maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues and other departments. Ensure effective communication during shift handovers and report for duty on time.
