Senior Media Buyer

“Royal Sea Breeze” LLC announces an open position for Senior Media Buyer at Royalé Casino. We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer who can independently manage and develop the media buying direction, implement advertising strategies, optimize campaigns and ensure efficient use of advertising budgets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive media buying strategy covering both digital and traditional media channels; Plan, set up, launch and manage advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media channels, using creative materials provided by the creative team; The Media Buyer is responsible for media planning, placement, negotiation, purchasing and performance analysis, while the development and production of advertising creatives are handled by the creative team; Research and develop a comprehensive database of available advertising opportunities in Baku and Azerbaijan, including OOH, DOOH, billboards, digital screens, transport advertising, taxi, buses, airport, TV, radio, indoor advertising and other relevant media channels; Identify media owners and advertising operators, establish and maintain relationships with relevant contacts, and collect media kits, rate cards, audience data, locations, formats and placement conditions; Evaluate, compare and negotiate media placement opportunities and commercial terms with media owners and advertising operators; Allocate, monitor and control advertising budgets across digital and traditional media channels; Set up targeting, manage audiences and develop audience segmentation strategies; Continuously monitor, analyze and optimize advertising campaigns; Test creative materials, audiences and different advertising approaches; Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports; Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve advertising efficiency; Collaborate with marketing, creative and other relevant teams to plan and execute media placements and ensure that creative materials meet the technical requirements of each media channel; Stay up to date with developments, formats, tools and opportunities across both digital and traditional advertising channels; Develop and maintain an up-to-date media landscape and database covering available advertising channels, media owners, operators, formats, locations, rates and placement conditions in Azerbaijan. Requirements: Proven hands-on experience in media buying is mandatory; Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, campaign management and optimization, as well as practical knowledge of traditional and out-of-home media; Practical experience with OOH, DOOH, TV, radio, transport, airport and other traditional advertising channels; Strong knowledge of the Azerbaijani media market and existing relationships with local media owners and advertising operators will be considered an advantage; Experience in performance marketing and/or managing substantial media budgets is an advantage; Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions; Experience with audience targeting, segmentation and A/B testing; Ability to independently manage the full media buying cycle, from planning to performance analysis; Experience in performance marketing and managing substantial advertising budgets is an advantage; Experience in regulated industries is a plus; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently; Ability to take ownership of the media buying process and deliver measurable results.
