EYFS Teacher Assistant (Maternity Leave Cover)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities to receive children from their parents and hand them over to their parents; to protect the life of the students, to help the teacher in strengthening their physical and mental health; to care for the students and ensure their emotional health; undressing, dressing, bathing, feeding, bathing, putting to bed, taking health care measures and walking the children under the guidance of the educator; to assist the tutor in regulating the relationships and relations of the students with each other; to carry out the tutor's tasks related to his duties; to follow the rules of labor protection, safety equipment, fire protection and industrial sanitation; complying with labor disciplinary rules and work regime; to ensure the implementation of the relevant orders and decisions in the complex, to fulfill the instructions and tasks of the management. All other duties as assigned. Support and promotes the ABC ethos of child-centered education. Working hours: The working schedule is based on rotating shifts: Morning shift: 08:00–16:00 Second shift: 11:00–19:00 Responsibilities Good organization skills and attention to detail. A “can do approach” to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work. Good communication skills and command of spoken and written English. Understanding of child safeguarding obligations.
