Kinder Garden Manager / Director (Uşaq Bahçası Müdürü/Direktor)

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan Employment Type: Full-time Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Kinder Garden Manager (Uşaq Bahçası Müdürü) in a kindergarten or preschool. Experience managing kindergarten staff and overseeing daily operations. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Knowledge of childcare standards, safety procedures, and preschool operations. Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English is must . Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the daily operations of the kindergarten. Coordinate and monitor teaching, administrative, and support staff. Ensure children’s safety, well-being, and a high standard of care. Maintain effective communication with parents. Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
