Logistics Specialist / Logistics Coordinator

Conditions: Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (near Koroglu Metro Station) Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 Days Off & Public Holidays: In accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Key Responsibilities Coordinate international air, ocean, road and multimodal shipments. Communicate with customers, overseas agents, carriers and suppliers. Prepare and manage shipping documents (AWB, BL, CMR, invoices, packing lists, etc.). Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers. Request and negotiate freight rates with carriers and partners. Ensure accurate operational data entry into company systems. Support invoicing and operational reporting activities. Maintain compliance with company procedures and customer requirements. Resolve operational issues and ensure high service quality. Requirements Bachelor's degree Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, transportation, logistics operations or supply chain management. Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience with logistics and freight forwarding systems will be an advantage. Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and customer focus.
