Fit Out QA/QC Engineer

Job Accountability: Supervise all fit-out and civil works activities to ensure compliance with specifications and standards Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of site works and materials Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC records: inspection reports, logs, NCRs, and checklists Ensure project quality plans and procedures are implemented on-site Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to meet quality objectives Report to the QA/QC Manager on all quality-related issues and updates Provide technical support and guidance to ensure proper execution of high-end fit-out works Support handover documentation, snagging, and final inspections for project closeout Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline Work experience: At least 3-5 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in high-end fit-out projects Language and computer programs knowledge: MS Office, AutoCAD, QA/QC documentation tools; Fluency in Azerbaijani, good command of English; Special Requirements: Strong knowledge of international and local quality standards; Detail-oriented with strong documentation and analytical skills Ability to work independently with high accountability Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced site environments Competencies: Critical thinking and attention to detail Technical communication and reporting Ability to enforce standards without conflict Proactive and solution-focused mindset Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Interested candidates can apply by clicking the link provided in the"Apply"button.
