Structure targeted lead-generation funnels specifically designed for real estate buyers, high-net-worth investors, and commercial clients. Continuously monitor ad spend, conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments, and optimize campaigns for lower CPL (cost per lead) and high ROI. Coordinate closely with the 3D designer and sales team to develop high-converting visual assets, landing pages, and ad copy.
