Electrical Technologist

“VEXA DS” LLC, a member of the “VLand Systems” LLC Summary The Electrical Technologist is responsible for ensuring that the disassembly, assembly, repair, commissioning, and testing of electrical installations, electrical components, and vehicle electrical equipment are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with technological requirements. The role focuses on developing technological procedures and instructions, supporting their correct application in production, maintaining technical and engineering documentation, and assisting in the prompt resolution of technical issues. Responsibilities Ensure that disassembly, assembly, repair, commissioning, and testing operations of electrical installations and components are carried out in accordance with established technological procedures; Develop technological procedures and instructions for the disassembly, assembly, and repair of electrical installations and electrical components; Verify the correctness of technological procedures directly in production and support their implementation; Contribute to the proper organization and continuous improvement of production processes; Develop and verify technological procedures for the commissioning and functional testing of vehicle electrical equipment; Develop and verify procedures for the physical testing of wiring harnesses; Work with foremen and workers to resolve typical and non-standard problems related to disassembly, assembly, and repair works; Provide support in the prompt resolution of technical issues arising in production; Research, select, and approve material alternatives; Maintain and work with technical and engineering documentation, ensuring full compliance with requirements; Ensure compliance with occupational health, workplace safety, and fire safety rules and requirements. Requirements Higher or secondary specialized education in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. At least 3 years of professional experience as an Electrical Technologist or Electrical Design Engineer. Experience with military equipment is considered an advantage. Solid knowledge of electrical installations, electrical components, and vehicle electrical equipment, including wiring harnesses. Experience in developing technological procedures and working with technical and engineering documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English is mandatory; knowledge of Russian is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. High level of attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, responsibility, discipline, and commitment to safety standards. Working Conditions Five-day working week. Work location: Sumgayit city.
