IT Project Manager

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of the Zervan platform, covering development, testing, deployment, and rollout. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies, and delivery forecasts. Coordinate backend, mobile, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders, and corporate infrastructure teams. Manage project execution through Jira and maintain project documentation in Confluence. Organize sprint planning, progress reviews, risk assessments, and acceptance activities. Coordinate business and technical acceptance, pilot deployment, and phased enterprise rollout. Ensure transparent communication of project status, risks, blockers, and decisions. Control scope changes and ensure timely resolution of cross-functional dependencies. Required Qualifications At least 3 years of experience managing software development projects. Strong practical understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and structured project governance. Familiarity with PMBOK v8 principles and hybrid project management. Proven experience with Jira and Confluence. Understanding of modern software architecture, REST APIs, databases, CI/CD, and mobile application delivery. Experience managing cross-functional software teams under demanding deadlines. Ability to translate business requirements into executable delivery plans. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and escalation-management skills. Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Experience with enterprise applications, HR systems, insurance technology, or workflow automation.
