Rigging Inspector

IRES is seeking a qualified Rigging Inspector for a client operating in the Oil & Gas industry. Requirements Higher education. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position within the Oil & Gas industry. English: Intermediate. Azerbaijani: Fluent. Ability to plan, execute and report inspections and tests in accordance with Quality Control Plans. Strong knowledge of inspection procedures, quality documentation and reporting. Ability to maintain accurate quality records and update quality databases. Key Responsibilities Perform on-site inspections and quality control activities in accordance with approved procedures and standards. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, project specifications, Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). Inspect materials, equipment and construction/installation activities. Verify materials and equipment against purchase orders and project specifications. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of delivered materials and equipment. Ensure proper receiving, storage, preservation, handling, identification and traceability of materials. Maintain inspection records, material certificates and quality documentation. Prepare Inspection Material Reports, Receiving Inspection Reports and Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs). Ensure inspection and testing records are properly maintained for final As-Built documentation.
