Planning & Warehouse specialist

We are looking for “Planning & Warehouse specialist" (only local candidates will be considered) with the requirements below: Ensure that production planning, material management, and warehouse logistics processes are carried out in compliance with GMP requirements, occupational health and safety regulations, and quality standards. Develop production plans in accordance with established planning policies and ensure their effective execution. Manage material requirements planning and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure that production orders are completed efficiently and on time. Execute and oversee processes and transactions within SAP/PP/MM modules, contributing to system implementation, development, enhancement, and continuous improvement projects. Manage departmental documentation processes and ensure that all relevant records are maintained accurately and in accordance with established procedures. Prepare, coordinate, and monitor daily work plans, including task allocation and operational follow-up, as required. Monitor warehouse operations, including goods receipt, inbound and outbound transactions, warehouse organization, stock tracking, inventory management, and periodic stock counts, ensuring compliance with established procedures and GMP requirements. Coordinate closely with Production Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow and efficient utilization of warehouse inventory. Ensure that products are prepared accurately, completely, and on time for shipment. Monitor production processes, review operational reports, measure production times, establish standard times, and allocate resources accordingly. Support the effective utilization of production planning team resources and warehouse inventory while taking measures to improve planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall productivity. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, operational efficiency projects, and system enhancement activities, demonstrating strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline). Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations. Preferably experienced in manufacturing industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, or chemicals. Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, shipping, and logistics operations, with active involvement in coordinating production and warehouse processes. Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced in using ERP systems; SAP knowledge is preferred. Good command of English. Experience working on cross-functional projects and within a team-oriented environment. Open to change and continuous improvement, capable of taking initiative in leadership, and adaptable to system establishment and management practices.
