Brand Marketing Specialist

Role overview: We are looking for a Brand Specialist to join our Marketing Team and support marketing activities for the Pepsi portfolio. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will coordinate campaigns, monitor brand performance and work with agencies, PepsiCo teams and colleagues across the business to deliver projects on time. What You'll be doing: Support annual marketing plans and integrated campaigns across TV, digital, out-of-home (OOH), below-the-line (BTL) and trade channels; Coordinate creative, media and BTL agencies, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and marketing materials; Monitor media campaigns and digital activities, track performance KPIs and prepare reports; Track sales, market share, brand health KPIs, consumer insights and competitor activities; Coordinate packaging adaptations, artwork approvals and new product launches; Support point-of-sale materials (POSM), consumer promotions, sponsorships, events and e-commerce activities; Track marketing budgets and operating expenses (OPEX), purchase orders and invoices; prepare PepsiCo cooperative marketing (COOP) reimbursement documentation; Collaborate with PepsiCo teams, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and external partners to ensure timely project execution. What we’re looking for: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field; Experience in marketing campaign execution and agency coordination; A strong understanding of brand management, marketing principles, FMCG market dynamics and consumer behaviour; An understanding of digital marketing, media planning and performance KPIs. Skills: A balance of analytical and creative thinking, with a structured, results-oriented approach; Strong project management, organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; Strong reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Clear communication and effective teamwork across functions; Initiative, accountability and independent problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate challenges, propose solutions and adapt quickly; Advanced or fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
