Graphic and Motion Designer

Our Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in graphic and motion design; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferrable; Relevant certifications in Graphic or Motion Design are an advantage; Fluency in Azerbaijani (English is an asset); Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro; Good knowledge of the MS Office suite; Strong understanding of brand vision and ability to translate it into creative strategies; Familiarity with client journeys, marketing channels, and communication funnels. Experience with AI video generating tools. Your Key Responsibilities: Marketing and Branding: Ensure brand consistency and maintain a strong visual identity across all design outputs; Contribute to the development of marketing goals and objectives aligned with the company’s overall strategy; Support the implementation of creative and marketing projects in collaboration with internal teams. Creative Design and Management: Develop and oversee the creative direction and design style of the company; Create engaging visual concepts for presentations, events, and campaigns; Design digital and print materials for various communication channels; Produce motion graphics and animations for social media and promotional use; Collaborate with startups to receive and analyze design briefs, lead content creation, and ensure visual quality; Review, optimize, and maintain content plans and visual assets to ensure relevance and impact. Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Receptive to feedback to continuous improvement; Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and adaptability in problem-solving.
