Income Auditor

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent training English language proficiency at Intermediate level (B1), with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally 1-2 years of work experience in Accounting, Audit or Finance, preferably within the hospitality industry Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good understanding of accounting principles and internal controls Knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel) Experience with Opera PMS, Micros POS and other hotel systems is an advantage Strong communication and organizational skills Job Duties: To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Department. Check, verify and update daily revenue for all hotel departments and distribute the Daily Revenue Report Audit and verify all rebates, voids and discounted transactions and obtain the required approvals Review guest folios and Micros checks to ensure accuracy and completeness Reconcile all guest payments processed by credit card on a daily basis Perform periodic house bank audits for all cashiers Prepare the daily Income Package Review and explain room rate changes and discrepancies Perform daily banquet revenue reconciliations Audit all officer, entertainment and discounted checks on a daily basis Monitor compliance with hotel policies, procedures and internal controls Assist with Month-End closing activities and related reconciliations Maintain and update archives with all relevant audit documentation Ensure compliance with all local and corporate policies and procedures Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in theApply for jobbutton.
