Class Mentor & English Teacher

Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school curriculum. Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development as a Class Mentor. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Monitor student progress, attendance, and behavior. Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into lessons. Provide regular feedback and maintain effective communication with parents. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and initiatives. Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mandatory). 2+ years of English teaching experience. Excellent English communication and classroom management skills. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and mentoring skills. Experience in international or English-medium schools is an advantage. Knowledge of the IB curriculum is a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory and the interview will be conducted in English.
