HR Specialist

Əsas vəzifələr Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee transfers, employment contract amendments, and termination procedures. Maintain and manage employees’ personnel files, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and proper organization of HR documentation. Prepare employment contracts, HR orders, certificates, letters, notifications, and other HR-related documents. Monitor employee leave, business trips, attendance, probation periods, and other employment-related processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in ERP/Odoo, EMAS, ISB, and other HR systems. Ensure compliance with the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and monitor relevant legislative changes. Provide Finance with accurate and timely HR data required for payroll processing. Collect, verify, analyze, and maintain HR data and support the preparation of HR reports. Respond to employees’ HR-related inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. Provide administrative support for training, performance management, onboarding, and other HR initiatives. Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies, procedures, digitalization initiatives, and process optimization projects. Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Tələblər Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations is preferred. Good knowledge of the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and HR documentation processes. Hands-on experience with EMAS, ISB, ERP/Odoo, or other HR information systems. Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. Strong skills in HR reporting, data management, and analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani. Knowledge of English is an advantage. High level of responsibility and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
