Transportation OperationsCoordinate and monitor the daily operation of the School’s transportation services.Prepare, organize, and regularly update school bus routes and transportation schedules.Ensure the timely pick-up and drop-off of students in accordance with established schedules.Monitor daily transportation operations and promptly address delays, changes, and unexpected situations.Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, routes, and student assignments.Coordinate transportation arrangements for school trips, events, and other School activities when required.Student & Parent CoordinationMaintain and regularly update student transportation lists and route assignments.Communicate with parents regarding transportation schedules, routes, pick-up/drop-off points, and changes.Respond to transportation-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.Ensure that students are assigned to the appropriate buses and routes.Monitor and report any transportation-related incidents or concerns involving students.Driver & Supplier CoordinationMaintain regular communication with bus drivers and transportation service providers.Ensure drivers are informed of route changes, schedule updates, and special transportation requirements.Monitor drivers’ compliance with School transportation procedures and operational requirements.Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure reliable and uninterrupted service.Report any performance, safety, or service-related concerns to the relevant management.Safety & ComplianceEnsure that transportation operations are carried out in accordance with the School’s safety procedures and internal policies.Monitor compliance with established transportation and student safety requirements.Maintain records of transportation-related incidents and follow up on corrective actions where necessary.Ensure that any changes to transportation arrangements are communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.Reporting & AdministrationPrepare regular transportation reports and provide relevant information to management.Maintain accurate documentation related to routes, students, drivers, and transportation services.Monitor transportation-related requests and ensure timely follow-up.Assist with transportation planning and cost-related information when required.Support the School administration with other transportation-related tasks as delegated Əsas vəzifələr Coordinate and monitor the daily operation of the School’s transportation services. Support the School administration with other transportation-related tasks as delegated Tələblər Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in transportation coordination, logistics, administration, or a similar role. Previous experience in a school or educational environment is an advantage. Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and general computer applications. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, drivers, service providers, and School staff. High level of responsibility, punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
