Sales Representative

Əsas vəzifələr Visit retail outlets according to the approved route plan and achieve daily visit and sales targets; Build strong customer relationships, identify new outlets, and expand product distribution; Negotiate supply arrangements, collect optimal orders, and accurately record them in mobile sales systems; Ensure continuous product availability, effective shelf placement, and compliance with merchandising standards; Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and point-of-sale visibility initiatives; Monitor inventory, product turnover, delivery intervals, and opportunities to improve sales performance; Support installation, effective use, and safekeeping of branded and refrigeration equipment; Monitor customer outstanding balances and support timely collections in line with company credit policy; Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and opportunities to optimize the assigned route; Coordinate product returns, quality issues, and customer feedback with relevant internal teams; Maintain accurate customer, sales, equipment, and contract documentation; Provide timely sales reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results. Tələblər Higher education preferred; secondary education also considered; Experience in FMCG sales, retail, or a Sales Representative position; Valid Category B driving licence and at least two years of driving experience. Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, product visibility, and planogram principles; Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship-management skills; Ability to work with mobile sales/CRM systems, reporting tools, and basic office applications; Good planning, route management, and organizational skills; Commercial awareness, accountability, and a results-driven, collaborative mindset.
