Ramp Supervisor

Əsas vəzifələr Oversee and coordinate daily ramp operations to ensure safe and efficient aircraft turnaround. Supervise ground crew ensuring tasks are completed in accordance with operational procedures. Coordinate with pilots and relevant ground-handling teams to ensure smooth aircraft arrivals and departures. Monitor aircraft loading and unloading, baggage handling, and cargo operations, where applicable. Ensure compliance with aviation safety, security, and operational regulations. Identify and report operational issues, safety hazards, and incidents, taking corrective action where necessary. Maintain effective communication with relevant departments to ensure smooth coordination of ramp activities. Tələblər Higher education (background in aviation is an advantage). Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, both written and spoken. Good command of English is mandatory. Strong leadership, communication and team coordination skills. Willingness to learn, take responsibilityand develop professionally. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment.
