Risk Management Engineer

Əsas vəzifələr The Risk Engineer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, assessing, and mitigating technical, operational, and project risks. Understand and comply with BOS Shelf QHSE System & Policies. Promote awarenes of the BOS Shelf risk management culture. Direct reporting to the BOS Shelf Quality / Risk Manager. Supports the BOS Shelf Risk management committee requirements. Identify potential risks associated with the BOS Shelf organization, engineering designs, construction activities, and operations. Develop and maintain organization / project-specific risk registers and risk management plans. Conduct risk assessments using known methodologies. Analyze the likelihood and impact of risks on safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Support the implementation of mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness. Facilitate risk review meetings and communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 31000. Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities on risk-related matters. Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal and external use. Support insurance, legal, and contractual risk evaluations when required. Tələblər Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Proven professional background in risk management, quality assurance, or project engineering within heavy construction, oil & gas, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing environments. Strong familiarity with risk management frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 31000). Demonstrated capability in conducting qualitative/quantitative risk assessments, analyzing complex engineering/operational data, and building clear technical reports and dashboards. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with fluent proficiency in English and Azerbaijani.
