Əsas vəzifələr Rider acquisition & value proposition: Explore new rider acquisition opportunities in Baku to grow the funnel and shape the value proposition for the market, working closely with Local Marketing. Rider activation & engagement: Analyse trends, risks and opportunities; spot signals and create action plans to activate, engage and reactivate riders effectively. Run rider referral and bonus campaigns, promote loyalty offers and new features, and bring rider feedback back to the team. Performance analysis: Monitor the health of the Rider Growth domain, including rider statistics and rider activation. Track the performance of newly launched categories and partnerships and identify opportunities for further growth. Marketplace & service quality: Track pricing, ETAs, availability and competitor offers to keep Bolt competitive. Act on complaint and rating trends together with the relevant teams, including Fleets where they affect rider experience. Process optimisation: Document and optimise business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Review existing workflows to improve key results. Partnerships & collaboration: Work with internal teams (Local Team, Growth Analytics, Local Marketing) and external partners with a results-oriented approach and measurable impact. Collaborate with Central and CEE teams on operational projects and share updates on local performance. Support market and feature launches in Baku and keep up with the local regulatory landscape and its impact on riders and Bolt. Tələblər Around 2 years experience in Operations, Project Management, Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Marketing or a customer-facing role, ideally in mobility, ride-hailing, logistics or a marketplace business. Fluency in Azerbaijani and English, with clear written and verbal communication. Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools such as Looker is a plus. Experience taking an idea through to execution with measurable outcomes.
