Human Resources Business Partner

Əsas vəzifələr Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to department leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and support people-related decisions. End-to-End HR Management: Independently manage the employee lifecycle across assigned functions, from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention, and offboarding. Talent & Performance: Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and individual development initiatives. Workforce Planning & Organizational Effectiveness: Support headcount planning, organizational changes, role clarity, and workforce productivity. Employee Relations: Manage sensitive employee matters, performance concerns, and disciplinary processes with sound judgment and confidentiality. HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR processes, including employee documentation, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor legislation. People Analytics: Use HR data and insights to identify trends, anticipate risks, and recommend meaningful actions. Employee Experience & Change: Lead engagement initiatives, support organizational change, and continuously improve ways of working. Tələblər 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or comparable role. Proven experience independently supporting business leaders and managing multiple HR priorities. Strong working knowledge of Azerbaijani labor legislation. Hands-on experience in performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Ability to translate HR data into actionable business recommendations. Confidence in managing difficult conversations, influencing stakeholders, and challenging decisions when necessary. Strong ownership, sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Experience with HRIS platforms and advanced Excel; SAP SuccessFactors experience is an advantage. Professional proficiency in Azerbaijani and English; Turkish is an advantage.
