Business Development Manager — CCTV & Access Control

Əsas vəzifələr Develop and implement the business strategy for the CCTV and Access Control portfolio. Identify new customers, partners, system integrators, and business opportunities. Manage relationships with manufacturers, including negotiations, commercial terms, sales targets, and marketing activities. Achieve revenue, gross profit, and partner network development targets. Prepare commercial proposals in cooperation with the technical team. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with customers and partners. Manage the product portfolio, pricing strategy, and market positioning. Plan purchases and monitor inventory levels in cooperation with procurement and logistics teams. Organize training and certification programs for employees and partners. Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and emerging technologies. Manage project registrations, special pricing requests, and other vendor partner programs. Prepare sales forecasts and regular business reports. Tələblər At least three years of experience in sales, business development, product management, or a similar role. Good knowledge of the CCTV, Access Control, and physical security markets. Understanding the project ecosystem, including end users, consultants, system integrators, distributors, and vendors. Experience negotiating and working with international manufacturers. Strong commercial proposal and business planning skills. Ability to manage sales targets, margins, budgets, and forecasts. English proficiency sufficient for negotiations and business correspondence.
