Procurement Supervisor (Gadabay)

Əsas vəzifələr Supervise the daily activities of the purchasing team, including procurement tasks, communication with suppliers and internal end users, and coordination of purchase orders (POs); Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure the timely availability of materials; Work with the Project Manager to identify quarterly requirements for consumables and services and ensure the preparation of procurement plans; Ensure the proper preparation, maintenance, and timely submission of procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery notes; Coordinate with the Accounting Department to facilitate the timely processing of supplier invoices and payments, ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate; Coordinate the resolution of issues related to order delays, quantity discrepancies, and material quality in collaboration with suppliers and relevant internal departments, and report such issues to the line manager; Prepare and present weekly reports to the line manager on procurement performance, supplier engagement, and key issues raised by internal end users; Ensure that procurement activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements. Tələblər Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of management experience in procurement; Experience in managing procurement teams, coordinating daily activities, and overseeing procurement processes; Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, and contract management skills; Proficiency in procurement systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office applications; Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines; Strong proficiency in English; Relevant professional procurement certifications are an advantage.
