Financial Reporting & Analytics Specialist for Integrated Supply Chain

Əsas vəzifələr Support KPI development and monitor performance across Integrated Supply Chain; Prepare financial and operational analyses to identify opportunities for productivity improvement, cost savings and loss reduction; Support operating and investment budgets, forecasts and expenditure monitoring; Benchmark production and logistics performance across regional plants; Evaluate the financial feasibility of operational improvements and investment projects; Prepare regional reports, track savings in SIEVO and coordinate monthly performance reviews; Calculate logistics employee bonuses and maintain accurate records in the ERP system. Tələblər University degree in Economics, Finance or a related field; At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, controlling or operational analytics; Understanding of manufacturing processes, operational cost drivers and performance analysis; Knowledge of Lean principles and approaches to improving efficiency and reducing losses Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate findings clearly; Experience in manufacturing or FMCG would be a strong advantage; Strong Excel skills and proficiency in relevant databases, ERP systems and reporting tools; Proficiency in Russian, both written and spoken, is mandatory, English is an advantage.
