Business Streams Operations Manager

Əsas vəzifələr Oversee operational activities across business streams; Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across business areas; Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness; Monitor budget execution and track financial performance; Identify operational risks and implement preventive and mitigation measures; Ensure effective coordination and collaboration across different business streams; Oversee the implementation of newly introduced decisions and strategic initiatives; Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to management; Perform these and other duties as assigned by management. Tələblər Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Management, Operations, or Business Development; Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement mindset; Responsible, well-organized, and results-oriented approach to work; Ability to work effectively under pressure with strong communication skills; Ability to manage and focus on multiple operational activities simultaneously; Understanding of the telecommunications and digital technology industries; Knowledge of sales, finance, procurement, logistics, and legal principles; Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; proficiency in Russian is considered an advantage; Advanced user of MS Office applications and agile tools, particularly MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint, with strong proficiency in the use of artificial intelligence tools.
